La th\u00e9rapie cognitivo-comportementale de l\u2019insomnie (TCC-I) est le traitement le plus recommand\u00e9 pour l\u2019insomnie persistante, mais aucune \u00e9tude ne s\u2019est pench\u00e9e sur l\u2019administration de cette modalit\u00e9 chez les patients avec un TPB. Cette \u00e9tude vise \u00e0 \u00e9valuer la faisabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un programme de TCC-I pour cette patient\u00e8le.<\/div><\/div><div id=\"abst0010\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><h3 id=\"sect0015\" class=\"u-h4 u-margin-m-top u-margin-xs-bottom\" style=\"padding: 0px; font-size: 20px !important; line-height: 30px !important; margin: 24px !important 0px 8px !important 0px;\">M\u00e9thode<\/h3><div id=\"spar0010\" class=\"u-margin-s-bottom\" style=\"padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 16px !important 0px;\">Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une \u00e9tude pilote \u00e0 devis mixte sans groupe contr\u00f4le. Vingt-deux participants souffrant d\u2019insomnie et de TPB ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9s au sein d\u2019un programme sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 pour les troubles de la personnalit\u00e9 et ont suivi ce programme de TCC-I con\u00e7u sp\u00e9cifiquement pour cette patient\u00e8le. Les mesures quantitatives incluaient le taux de recrutement et de r\u00e9tention ainsi que des questionnaires autorapport\u00e9s \u00e9valuant l\u2019insomnie et des comorbidit\u00e9s qui y sont associ\u00e9es. Les donn\u00e9es qualitatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recueillies par une discussion de groupe focalis\u00e9e et des entrevues semi-structur\u00e9es effectu\u00e9es post-traitement.<\/div><\/div><div id=\"abst0015\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><h3 id=\"sect0020\" class=\"u-h4 u-margin-m-top u-margin-xs-bottom\" style=\"padding: 0px; font-size: 20px !important; line-height: 30px !important; margin: 24px !important 0px 8px !important 0px;\">R\u00e9sultats<\/h3><div id=\"spar0015\" class=\"u-margin-s-bottom\" style=\"padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 16px !important 0px;\">Vingt-deux participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9s sur un objectif initial de vingt-quatre. Quatorze participants ont abandonn\u00e9 en cours de traitement pour un taux de r\u00e9tention de 45\u00a0%. Une diminution significative de l\u2019insomnie, de la d\u00e9pression et de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e entre l\u2019inclusion et trois\u00a0mois apr\u00e8s la fin de la th\u00e9rapie. Par ailleurs, six grands th\u00e8mes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 relev\u00e9s, lors des entrevues qualitatives, aupr\u00e8s des quatre participants\u00a0: le contenu, le fonctionnement, le th\u00e9rapeute, la formule de groupe, l\u2019effet de la th\u00e9rapie et les facteurs influen\u00e7ant la motivation.<\/div><\/div><div id=\"abst0020\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><h3 id=\"sect0025\" class=\"u-h4 u-margin-m-top u-margin-xs-bottom\" style=\"padding: 0px; font-size: 20px !important; line-height: 30px !important; margin: 24px !important 0px 8px !important 0px;\">Conclusion<\/h3><div id=\"spar0020\" class=\"u-margin-s-bottom\" style=\"padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 16px !important 0px;\">La pr\u00e9sente \u00e9tude pilote a permis d\u2019\u00e9tablir qu\u2019un protocole de TCC-I en groupe de courte dur\u00e9e pour cette client\u00e8le est faisable, mais partiellement acceptable. Par ailleurs, les r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9liminaires concernant l\u2019\u00e9volution clinique sont prometteurs et concordent avec les donn\u00e9es probantes existantes. Cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is the most recommended treatment for chronic insomnia; however, no study has examined this approach in patients with GBPD. This study aimed to assess the feasibility of a CBT-I program for this patient population, focusing on acceptability, gathering preliminary measures of effectiveness, and collecting participant experiences to enhance treatment.<\/div><\/div><div id=\"abst0030\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><h3 id=\"sect0040\" class=\"u-h4 u-margin-m-top u-margin-xs-bottom\" style=\"padding: 0px; font-size: 20px !important; line-height: 30px !important; margin: 24px !important 0px 8px !important 0px;\">Method<\/h3><div id=\"spar0030\" class=\"u-margin-s-bottom\" style=\"padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 16px !important 0px;\">This pilot study employs a mixed methods design without a control group. Twenty-two adult participants diagnosed with GBPD and experiencing insomnia were recruited from a specialized program for personality disorders. The four-session CBT-I program was specifically designed for patients with GBPD to enhance treatment retention and therapeutic response. Quantitative measures included recruitment and retention rates and self-administered questionnaires assessing insomnia and comorbidities, collected before, during and three months after treatment.\u00a0<em style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">Per protocol<\/em>\u00a0and intention-to-treat analyses were conducted on data from these questionnaires.
